PILATES- BODY STRENGTHENING

CARDIOVASCULAR WORKOUT

LOW IMPACT GYM-FITNESS

Available for everyone, all year round!

Pilates, what is it?

It is a “gentle” way to exercise, involving set positions, slow movements and deep breathing.
The aim of this form of exercise is to bring the body into an ideal
alignment, creating a level of stability that limits pain and injury.
It allows you to improve your posture and develop greater core strength

Basic Pilates

Discovery

Discover a new way to exercise.
Learn how to focus on specific muscle groups, using 17 individual
movements with reference to the five basic frameworks of pilates.
(20-30 sessions will provide a competence at the basic level).
In addition to muscle strengthening and joint mobilisation, the session
will conclude with some balance and stretching exercises. These will
improve overall flexibility and well-being, without the need for any highintensity
workouts.

Intermediate Pilates

Progression

This next level will allow you to increase the momentum of the
movements.
It not only improves the performance of the basic 17 movements but
adds 8 new ones!
